At Engel Lane, we want you to love every single item you receive! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 10 days from the day your order was fulfilled to return any regular priced item(s) for a full refund. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

All items on sale or purchased at a discounted price are marked as final sale and are not eligible for a refund. *Jewelry, cosmetics, grab bags and mystery items are also final sale items*

Item(s) must be unworn, unused and in the original condition it was received with all tags still attached. There must be no signs that the item(s) has been worn or used such as, but not limited to, defects, smells, pet hair or stains.

When you opt-in for “Free Returns” coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or store credit for FREE! If you decide to opt-out of our return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label which will be provided by us when processing your return request.

You will select how you would like your refund when completing your return request form. You will need to supply your order number and email or Zip Code associated with your Engel Lane account to start the return process. Returns will be refunded to Engel Lane account credit or your original form of payment at the time of purchase (Paypal, Sezzle, Credit or Debit Card).

We try to do our best to complete returns as soon as we receive them but please allow up to 3 business days for processing! We do monitor return activity for abuse and can limit return capabilities at any time.
